The public turns to the web for information, in every subject we have become information seekers as a country and world, for that matter. It is magical how the information we need to go about our daily activities is right there at our finger tips. With the help of any major search engine we can type in any subject and find thousands of articles, books and resources to answer our questions or provide our needs. Why is it companies have gone to creating elaborate web sites and pages upon pages of resource material for the public to filter through to get what they are looking for or need?

Most of the public has a minimal amount of time to dedicate to the searching process and want the information they are seeking at a rapid pace. Studies have shown if an item takes too long to download from the server the person will click off of that item before it even shows up, and the time a user is willing to wait has become shorter and shorter. The end user is looking for fast information pertaining to the subject they are  eeking. Web sites tend to go for the big flash and video that takes too much time to download. The wow for the initial view and the view does not warrant the effect of the slow initial look.

Many of today’s computer users are still novice and need help when anything is out of the ordinary. Companies have sprouted up everywhere claiming the ability to make the old computer faster than it was by getting rid of the things that slow the system down. In today’s economy, a lot of old computers that should be replaced are still being used. The person designing the web pages have fast, well programmed computers pages load quickly. When the average public user is downloading it could take 10 times as long to receive the page. After the page is up and running then comes the process of learning the entire system. With many of today’s business systems, there can be hours or even days of time required to learn how to use the system. While many of the systems are robust and necessitate a lot of implementation systems, ther  are many programs that are built for users that are too cumbersome a method of doing business or the desired outcome.

Web designers today can do miraculous things with the web and have the ability to take busy life and make it simple. There are many systems being utilized on the computer that are both easy to use and understand creating opportunities to simplify someone’s life. It is possible to have a system that is better at accomplishing the goal without all the features that the end user really doesn’t want yet offers things that will keep them on track and make the system safe and above all save time and effort.

The design company should be focused on having primary end user’s that have a professional with supreme knowledge of the task at hand and the understanding of the systems required to build a web based program that would simplify the task and place triggers for each step along the way. The designers could customize the system, building into each phase editable steps for each user’s own program to  ncorporate important steps that would never be skipped unless the subscriber plans for that step to be eliminated.

With the click of a button, the entire system should be able to be reviewed and if anything is missing, left undone or doesn’t balance it should be able to be made aware and address the necessary items before they become a larger problem than needed. They could get an overview of the entire process from any computer where the system can be accessed.

What the public is in search of is anything that would assist them in making their life easier without losing any systems and accountability. A system that is simple to understand and use with the ability to assign tasks that need to be done to other users. With a glance each user would be able to see what tasks need to be done today. The proper mind set that starts with that as the end result would be both useful and successful.
